Question #1:
My 10 step guide to moving on from a break up (feel free to add)?
you move on by moving onSounds stupid but thats the simple fact. Here's my 10 step guide to doing just that. Please comment
Step 1 - Purge
Delete her/his number get rid of anything that even remotely reminds you of ur Ex
Step 2 - Isolate
Take some time and reflect. Remember the good times the bad times,
Step 3 - Hate
Remember all the bad things your ex ever did to you, everything that pissed you off, tell your self you deserve better
Step 4 - Self improvement
Learn from the mstakes you made and adjust them. Do a new hobby, work out, change your wardrobe etc.
Step 5 - Forgive and accept
Forgive your ex if they hurt you, dont plot revenge leave it to karma. Accept it for what it is, And Forgive yourself for anything you've done
Step 6 - Live a day at a time
You'll have good days, and bad days. some days you wont think about them others youll only think about them. The recovery period may take months, but why rush? take your time and heal.
Step 7 - Start having fun again
Go to clubs and dance with new people, take risks (no not sex) but talk to new people
Step 8 - Make new friends, just friends. For guys make friends with girls. nothing helps you get over a bad experience than meeting "good" girls. They will help you get over the general anger u'll have over all women. Same applies for Girls meet good guys. Yes they are out there
Step 9 - Get laid
Guys: Trust me just do it.
For women, im not sure if this is a good idea, because you might find your self making comparisons. If you can find someone better than your Ex it can help
Step 10 - Find someone new, but dont be in a rush. If you dont you dont, their are other lonely guys and girls out there just waiting for someone like you
Good luck
Soundman
My process might not work for everyone because everyone is different. But i find these steps really help you move on.
Its a slow process to get over someone. Alot of people end up in relationship problems because they dont properly take the time to move on from bad relationships.
All of this is my opinion not authoritative fact. Take it as it is just advice, add what you need cut out what you dont need.
Good luck kids

Intro
Religion can be a large part of an individual’s life. It can be a guide to decisions and actions in life and can influence the way a person lives. These decisions that are based on faith can improve a person’s lifestyle when followed with an open mind. People that have faith feel better about themselves and love everyone, no matter who they are. With their faith they also cope with stress or negative events and daily obstacles. In addition, faith gives people the confidence to improve hope for the future trough their own effort. Faith in any religion is a vital part of life because it improves the quality of people’s emotional and spiritual well-being.
1st body
People that live by the rule of faith feel better about themselves and have affection towards people. One of the reasons individuals feel better about themselves is because they know they’re doing good things; such as attending church, reading the bible, and praying every night before they go to bed, which makes God happy. Therefore; God will bless these people with happiness and protect them from evil or anything that would endanger their lives. Another reason why God’s followers, especially older worshipers, feel better about themselves is because they have faith that God will forgive them for mistakes committed in the past, since they’ve been transformed into new people who now think positively. In addition; those who have faith also show love toward other people, no matter who the other person is, because they believe God created everyone equally. This means that no human being is better than any other because we are all air-breathers and are made of flesh and blood. No human being is different from any other because everyone is made of flesh and blood. Religious individuals also show affection towards others because they believe love is necessary in everyone’s life. Without love, those who are in need won’t receive the care or attention they need; the hungry will starve and the sick will die.
2nd body
Individuals who have faith can cope with stress, negative events and other daily obstacles. This is because faith develops hope in people’s lives. People that have hope believe God will always be with them, even through hard times. No matter what the circumstances, people feel less worried if they know God is looking after them. However; there is usually a breaking point where a faithful person will worry and stress. They put their faith and hope in God, thinking he will take care of it, but they are really packing in disguised stress. This stress will eventually turn on them when they hit their mid-life crisis or menopause. Stress causes doubt and can lead a married couple to talk about divorce. Many will break down and question God and the Bible. This can go on for days, to several months or a year. Sometimes the person breaks through and says something along the lines of, “I was never truly saved until now”. Afterwards, they claim they are indeed true Christian and will more than likely act self-righteous. No need to worry, though; they will more than likely mellow out within a month or two. This cycle of falling back and becoming saved again will probably ensue for the rest of their lives. They will claim to be happy, but in reality they struggle every day and claim that it’s hard to be a Christian. They will question certain things, like remarriage, bad movies, music, games, etc., and struggle with wondering if they are okay or not.
3rd body
Individuals who follow a spiritual faith are confident in their ability to improve life and to provide hope for the future. People who have religious beliefs are certain, because they are well-educated, that they can better their existence. For example, priest who preach the word of God to thousands of people, in order to bring about improvements in the lives of others, do so because they are confident of what they say. It is knowledge that builds their confidence from the people who are around them, (such as their family members, friends, and members of their community), and who follow the same religion.

Question #4:
How to stop self degradation?
I've been working on trying to deal with my Asperger's Syndrome and improve my social situations and practices. I've done all of the stuff in the basic "How to Deal With Asperger's" guides by instinct, that came naturally, but there are a few things I am having trouble with. One of those is my intense self-degradation. I attend a rural high school, so everyone knows about my condition, and they have gotten used to it and have remarked on my drastic improvement, but I always horribly degrade myself in front of my peers. I'll say things like "I'm just retarded, don't mind me" or "I'm just a f*cking idiot that's full of sh*t" that obviously alienate me from the situation and the people involved. It's to the point where it's become compulsive, and I do it without being aware of it, but it's just become such a habit for me because one of the things I fear most is becoming cocky. It's the personality trait I always most disliked in another person, and I don't want to become arrogant myself, so I started to just rip on myself to tear confidence down. As a result I've always had horrible self-esteem, and I'll need to build my self-esteem from the ground up if I ever hope to be semi-normal. So, is there a way that I could stop my habit?Question #5:
Who would win (copied off Allen) :D.....?
Zombies or WEREWOLVES!?Now, don't just say werewolves because they are smarter listen to me first @_@:
Zombie Updates: "the advanced Zombie" has been modifyed by humans. Giving them: Better speech that is understandable, more strength- stronger the Vampires i can tell you that @_@, Speed is increased and Agility and stealth. Its mind is coordinated and smarter (making up steps on how to defeat the enemy, guiding its self to achieve its goal) those are the improvements. Not so sure now are you >:)..... but ill be fair on werewolves :D
Bonus features: Sharper Teeth and Hands are bigger then the regular Zombie race and Nailz and sharpened to a point. Its growl can reach far distances to bring back up if needed and the best thing about this ZOMBIE IS....... if it bites you YOU DONT TURN INTO ONE!..... <3 it will just kill you and save you the misery of...... and its neck is stronger so good luck taking its head off >:)
Werewolves updates are as followed:
Strength increased- also way stronger then the foolish vampire >:) Stamina improved as can block heavy objects thrown at it and can easily jump trees and obstacles in its way. Stealth improved aswell. Coordinated like the Zombie and Plans it's attack just like the regular Wild Grey Wolf. Bonus features>: More fearable howl and bark. Colors improved and more flexible (color may have no affect on The Zombie, but Some Zombies are color blind :)]
My question is simple who would win?: The awesome (sorry im just trying to make this interesting) Advanced species of Zombie?or..
The FEARSOME VIOLENT WEREWOLF??
This idea was copied by Allen who recently asked this question but i needed to add some fuzz to it >:) Don't try and say why you love the your chosen team better, Iv'e all ready given all the ALLOWED updates >:} just chose one, I'm bored. I take this as a game....Play station Battle field game @_@ I am going for no team so don't just pick the one that you tink will satisfy me, I'm totally out of this <3 the most answers that say the same team like if there are 5 answers saying zombie and only 3 saying werewolf then the zombie wins, its like that :D
LET THE BATTLE BEGINNN!!!~~~
Question #6:
How can I improve my readability on my essay?
Right now I have a 7.9. I need a 9.0 readability. Any words you would substitute? Please help!? :)As each new school year begins, I always try to place my expectations of my self a little bit higher. Coming into ninth grade, I had many goals I wanted to achieve. One of those goals was to read each book we study in class at least twice. I set this objective because I find I score higher grades on tests and overall have a greater understanding of the book. So far I have done this. Another aspiration for the new school year was to earn an A in english. Although I did not meet this goal first quarter, I was four points away. My third goal I planned was to advantage of every academic opportunity. As they say, "Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try." I feel I have taken advantage of most opportunities presented to me. For example, even though study guides are not taken for a grade I have always used them in preparation for quizzes and tests. The standardized The Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test was available for freshman to take. Although it was not required, I chose to take it. It helped me see where I stand academically and gave me some practice for the SAT. These goals and aspirations have helped me progress through the year.
To begin with, I now realize my strengths. One of which and probably the most important is my love of reading. I am eternally grateful to my mother for instilling that passion for reading inside of me by reading to me every night. My theory is that a student can have the best punctuation and grammar in the school, but until they have a love for what they are learning they will go nowhere with it. Another one of my strengths is reading comprehension. This skill has always come easily to me as I used to read all of the time. One of the reasons reading comprehension is one of my strengths is that I enjoy a broad variety of book. For example, I enjoy reading newspapers, fiction, magazines, and autobiographies. My third strength is visualization. Being a visual learner, I often find myself imagining what a character or setting in a book looks like. I can put myself in a character's place and reality melts away.
In addition to, although I know my strengths, I also recognize my weaknesses. One of those weaknesses is a mediocre vocabulary. Up until eighth grade, I always scored in the ninety five percentile area in reading. I suppose I grew complacent and stopped reading for enjoyment; my vocabulary got put on the back burner. This could be fixed over time simply by my picking up a book. A developed vocabulary is an important asset to have in the adult world and I want to make sure I equipped with one. Another weakness I have is that I have a difficult analyzing a book and its characters. Being used to years of reading teachers giving quizzes on what happened in the book rather than what the actions meant, this skill is fairly new to me. I hope to work on this weakness, make it stronger so noting literary devices and reoccurring themes will become second nature. I also have a challenging time with speaking up and discussing in class. I have made big improvements in this area and plan to continue to do so. Last year, my language arts teacher made us read all of our personal essays aloud to the class. Although it was an experience I never want to relive, I am grateful for it because it did make me more comfortable with public speaking.
Lastly, after assessing my strengths and weaknesses, I have made more goals for second semester. These improvements will play up my strong points and develop my weaknesses. Next semester I am going to participate in class discussions more, whether they are about Lord of the Flies or any other book we are reading at the time. I believe this will help increase my understanding of the book's plot and its characters. Another goal I set is to block out thirty minutes of extra time for english whether I have homework or not. During this time I will read a novel I would like to read or improve my vocabulary by writing down new words in a journal. In middle school I did the minimum amount of homework. I did not ever study for quizzes or tests and still pulled of As. I now realize that this class takes more effort than just doing the daily assigned homework. This goal is also applicable to my other classes. My third goal is to manage my time more efficiently. As the saying goes, "Time waits for no man". Coming into high school, I was not sure what to expect. I found myself getting burned out more and more. Not wanting that to happen again this coming semester, I planned some ways to manage my time better. Over the holiday break I spent a lot of my time organizing my planner, binders and room. It was hard to be efficient last semester as I felt I spent a great load of time hunting for homework, projects, and other important papers. So far I have noticed that managing my busy schedule has been considerably
And the prompt is:
Reflect on the work you have completed in this class to date. What did you do well? What could you have done better?
Write a multi-paragraph essay analyzing your performance in this class. Discuss your strengths and weaknesses and your goals for improvement. Be sure to include examples and details to support your reflection.

I graduated from California State University Dominguez Hills with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. I have worked in a residential treatment facility with adolescents that have behavioral and emotional problems, abused and neglected children that are victims of domestic violence, and outpatient setting with families in crises. My clinical experience has been both in the capacity as a counselor and case manager. I am currently working with adolescents with behavioral and emotional problems in a residential treatment facility. My role as a counselor is to provide supervision, counseling, and support to adolescents. I help the adolescents in making positive choices regarding daily living situations, personal hygiene , and conflict resolution.
I became interested in working in therapy because I experienced a family member that needed therapy for depression. My brother had been struggling with depression for a long time. My brother made the choice to seek professional help for his depression. Depression was genetic in our family, so our family as well got therapy. Through years of counseling and therapy, my brother and family benefited from therapy because we were able to heal at the same time. I understand the issues that can result firsthand from depression. I know that through therapy, people can make life long changes by looking at their lives and setting goals. I believe that each client has the capacity to make positive decision making and choices toward a more fulfilling life. I would like to be there for my future clients to help lead(guide) them to a road of personal growth and recovery or healing, self-improvement. I am fully committed and determined to advocate for clients facing issues such as family conflict, depression, and substance abuse. I believe that every client, given the proper guidance, can find their path to personal success. I am eager and dedicated to learn the techniques and approaches that are used to help families, children, and individuals resolve their issues. For this reason, I would be a good candidate for the Marriage and Family Therapy program. I realize that graduate school can be quite challenging, but I am determined to be a good student to learn about psychology that will prepare me for a career in Marriage and Family Therapy.

As a single mother who has confronted issues like poverty, financial hardships, and homelessness, I am committed to helping the achievement of personal growth as well as the general well-being of individuals from diverse backgrounds, such as the homeless, disabled, elderly, single mothers, and those with a mental-illness. As a result of my own personal experiences, I am familiar with the constant despair and frustration of those struggling to survive. I am convinced that increasing our own sense of empowerment can make the difference between a future of despondency and one filled with hope.I am applying for the Master’s in Social Work because I am dedicated to pursuing my life’s mission: helping others in embracing their inner potential to make a positive life transition. Preparation for my personal goal began while I worked at Harbor View Adolescent Center as a Youth Counselor. My primary work responsibility involved my serving as a positive role model for adolescents, ranging from ages twelve to eighteen. The adolescents encountered issues such as physical and sexual abuse, abandonment, drug and alcohol abuse, bulimia, depression, and severe behavioral problems. At times, the position was extremely stressful; however, I discovered that I had the ability to connect with the adolescents and develop strong emotional ties. While working with them, I focused on several areas of treatment, including social skills, vocational skills, and independent living skills. My main ambition was to help them build their self-esteem and improve their sense of security. I am especially interested in doing graduate work in the area of helping strengthen children and families. I especially see these groups as oppressed and vulnerable and I believe that I can serve the public effectively. As a youth counselor and case manager, I have gained valuable experience in listening to people and improving the quality of their lives. My career goal specifically targets the vulnerable and oppressed individuals who will benefit from improvement in their quality of life. I want to ensure that these groups of individuals have opportunity for services, resources, and much needed guidance.
Personal Strengths: There are several aspects of my personal strengths that I can bring to the field of social work. I am highly caring in regards to other individual needs and feelings. I also speak Spanish fluently and by bringing my bi-lingual ability to the field of social work I can help meet the needs of Spanish speaking clients.
Academic Strengths: As far as my administration abilities, I am very efficient with reports, quarterlies, and paperwork documentation.
Social workers are guided by a professional code of ethics on advocating a change towards equality, justice, human rights, and the well-being of all individuals. This includes, but is not limited to, the disadvantaged, poor, vulnerable and oppressed individuals; the most helpless in society. Social workers empower individuals with the tools necessary to achieve their goals and live their lives to the fullest. We must devote our lives to helping society build a more dignified and equal society. All individuals have a fundamental right to live decent, dignified, and fulfilling lives, but society is structured such that not all individuals have equal access to necessities such as food, housing, education, safety, and employment. As social workers, it is our responsibility to ensure that individual needs are met so people can be more self-sufficient and able to make the best possible choices for themselves. Just as individuals have basic biological needs they have to satisfy in order to function, relationships are also vital to satisfy their emotional, physical, security, social and educational needs. Relationships lay the foundations of support in the lives of every individual in every nation in the world. The family is the primary source of support for individuals when dealing with problems in their lives. Some families have external and financial resources to help them with their problems, while many others do not. Often problems arise within a family or a relationship from a lack of communication. Relationships affect and influence everyone around us. Relationships help us learn from each other, therefore we can build a mutually beneficial relationship with those around us who are less fortunate than we are and aid them in seeking a more equal society. A strong relationship means strong support, and strong support means that individuals will be aided and looked after when in need. Strong support is good for the well-being of individuals everywhere, even to us as social workers. We need to strengthen relationships to help each other get along with family that provides for individuals well-being.
Another personal value that places the highest ethical standard to social work profession is integrity. This is the standard of right and wrong of what each of us ought to do usually in te

Social workers are guided by a professional code of ethics on advocating for social justice, change, equality, human rights, and well-being of all individuals. This includes, but is not limited to, the disadvantaged, poor, vulnerable, and oppressed individuals ; the most helpless in our society. Our roles as social workers is to empower these individuals function more effectively , to help them develop the necessary skills to effectively cope with the complex issues in their everyday lives. Therefore, I am committed to helping build a society that functions to treat all individuals with respect and equality. All individuals have a fundamental right to live with human decency, but society is structured such that not all individuals have equal access to such necessities such as food, housing, education, safety, and employment. As social workers, it is our responsibility to ensure that individual needs are met so that they can be self-sufficient and able to make the best possible choices for themselves.
Diversity means different things to different people. For me, diversity is and never was a bad thing. Diversity is the differences in the decisions that we make, the way we think, act, behave, and choose to live our lives. For this reason, I respect every individual for who they are regardless of our differences. Some people make excuses to discriminate based on differences such as race, culture, and ethnicity. Instead of discriminating each other, we need to be involved in celebrating diversity and differences. We can do this through being open to learning from individuals, from other cultures, and through understanding value of diversity itself.
For instance, I feel that my cultural background helped me to be better relate to the clients that came from the same background and different backgrounds as well. I am biracial. My mother is Mexican and my father is African American. I was raised in a community in which the population was mostly Spanish. From that aspect, I learned how to speak fluent Spanish from my own culture and also by my family. I am culturally competent in my language ability to speak Spanish. This helps me to be
Question #15:
Is this writing piece good - suggestions for improvement?
This took her breath away. The sun was hot on her back, the pale grains of sand rough under the soles of her feet as the cool water lapped at her toes. She could barely believe that just a few days ago, this wave had been over the other side of the world and the droplets of water had found its way here without the sun or the moon or the stars to guide its way, as it carried a thousand whispered promises, pretty lies and broken dreams. The wind was warm on his stubbled cheeks, a stark contrast to his cold tears of self-pity, as he wondered impatiently when those little white pills would start to work their magic. Somebody handed him a drink and he gulped it way too fast, the tequila searing its way down his throat and finally settling in his stomach as a fiery, almost pleasant warmth. He liked being drunk. When he drank, the heartache was dulled to a throb. When he drank, he could forget about what he'd loved so hard and lost so suddenly. He drank because it was his way of trying not to fall asleep - because he knew they'd be there in his dreams.
Something about the man drew her to him. Maybe it was the fact that he was sitting on the sand, crying so openly that you could almost hear his soul shattering into a million tiny fragments. She knelt next to him, expecting the creature inside her to stir lazily, for her animal instincts to kick in, but all she felt was a deep, unending compassion. She resisted the urge to sweep his dark blond hair out of those bright blue eyes. "Are you alright?" she asked softly. She could see he was shaking and there was a film of sweat on his forehead. "Talk to me. What's going through your head right now?" He couldn't get up the courage to answer her, this beautiful woman who had simply sat next to him and asked him to bare his soul to her. He saw the sunlight catch her hair and make it shine, the understanding in those big blue eyes reflecting the beauty in her soul. But he simply gritted his teeth and said, "It's a long, painful story." She smiled back at him. "That's okay. I can wait until the end of forever if you want me to."
The two of them were inseparable for a week and the days would blend because they'd stay up all night. She learned that he was a chain-smoking alcoholic with a voice so angelic that she got goosebumps whenever he opened his mouth. He learned that she wasn't sure whether all those promises in all those love songs were really true at all. He could see it in her eyes, a hint of something more than sadness: a whisper of a secret she was hiding, deep, deep down, in a place even she wasn't sure she could - or even wanted to - reach.
I know it's a bit long, but I don't know what to do with it. I was thinking it's like Romeo and Juliet with vampires and demons, with my inspiration coming from that Taylor Swift song "Love Story". Time to play "Question or Comment", boys and girls!

Question #17:
Is therer a book on how to lead a better more successful life?
I really enjoy reading non-fiction, self improvement / personal development style books. So far they have all fallen short of helping me achieve my life goals. Is there a book, workbook or guide that will help me be more charismatic, better looking, more charming, successful in business, happier in life and family? I know your temptation might be to say the bible but I'm looking for something secular. If you have to suggest more than one book please do.Question #18:
