Well, I am going on a diet too this summer but I know that you should workout 20-35 min. You should drink water every time you eat a meal or snack and every time your tired or done working out.I think you should avoid oily food don't eat to much often not too much soda vitamin D and C only. You should eat like you use to.My mom always say don't sleep to much and don't go to sleep with your belly full...cuz its not a good feeling and you can get fatter.Go on your treadmill or bike instead of being lazy on the couch (homework First)lol.Answer #2:
control diet. drink water. cut the carbs. no sugar especially artificial. eat high amounts of protein. change up workout without decreasing amount of exercise.Answer #3:

but if you are very serious about developing abs, it will take approximately 6 months for girls
also, refrain from carbohydrates
and wear high waisted jeans (or shapewear in general) to hide ur tummy

5. your only 15, join a sports team at your school, be involved in activites!!
