Whether a Lowe’s Home Improvement Store can be built in Kill Devil Hills will be considered and perhaps decided by the town’s board of commissioners during its regular monthly meeting on Monday, Sept. 13 at 7 p.m. In the meantime, opponents of the project are urging residents to sign an online petition aimed at stopping the project.
